Baby and Child first aid courses
In 2009 a couple started a Facebook page encouraging Parents to learn first aid. Feedback on their page highlighted how difficult some parents found it to access baby and child first aid courses.
Our own research has shown that many individuals and companies providing baby first aid workshops are not either qualified, experienced or insured to deliver this training.
The One in a Million Campaign has been set up to help anyone wanting to learn child and baby first aid. We provide a network of qualified trainers and first aid training companies. Each of whom have confirmed they have:
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Public liability insurance
- A Current CRB or Disclosure Scotland
- Qualifications that meet HSE requirements for teaching first aid.
We also provide information and advice on child and baby first aid, and provide information on baby first aid courses around the UK.
